Guilt.

Sometimes you don’t realize the weight of something you’ve been carrying until you feel the weight of it’s release.

According to me the two strongest feelings in the world is of hate and guilt. When the feeling of hate or guilt overcome your mind it makes the goodness in you get far behind your mind. Being guilty about things especially of your past can deeply hurt your present and future. We are so connected to our past that if something happened in your past, still in your present you are guilty about it and afraid to do something that is connected to it. As the sayings goes by that we are humans and it’s okay to make mistakes. Making mistakes is mandatory for you to learn and grow more. Accepting your mistakes is what makes you feel like that you are learning to correct your mistakes. Everything comes with a baggage happiness with grief, hard work with scarifies; everything is connected to each other. Feeling of guilt comes from so many other things that we feel, like the opportunities we don’t take, when we lose from one point, when we gave our hundred per cent but did not make it. The feeling of guilt in our mind has stopped us from taking something that we are afraid if we failed again. The inner mind of ours tell us that we should’ve done that, we should’ve gone with that and what not so but remember whatever happens, happens for good. Maybe at that time you will make yourself responsible for what happened but as the time pass you will understand that you are not responsible or guilty about what happened, it was meant to happen so it happened. There are times in life where people purposely will make you feel that it was your fault and you should be guilty about it but it takes two to clap the hand. What happened in your life can never change you just need to accept it and move on because until and unless you will not accept it you will never move on completely with you mind and heart. Nobody is perfect so you are, you are imperfectly perfect!

If you don’t take it off your chest, you’ll never be able to breath.
