What does hatred mean to you? Does it mean doing the same thing they did to you or does it mean forgiving is an easy punishment for them? I feel like hating and disliking are the most different words that do not come near each other in terms of anything. The rage of doing exactly the same with others when they are in pain of what they do to you can’t be controlled easily. In this world, everyone is going through some or other things right now and to cope with that as well as people isn’t easy. You know hatred for someone not only causes them problems but as well as you. The very famous saying is that ‘to deal with hatred is by love, by goodness’, and to be honest I somewhere believe it. Obviously, there are people whom I don’t like and vice versa and it’s completely normal. Personality clashes, strong opinions, and not mutual understanding can be the reasons for not being comfortable with each other. But it does not mean spreading hate about each other, bringing them down will do anything. Instead, why not work on ourselves, why not work to prove all of them wrong by working hard every day. Because of how much of a good person you are, the people who are blind by jealousy, and hatred will never see them. So work on yourself, for yourself because you are not worthy of any hatred!

Ignore the drama.

The hardest thing in this world is to understand oneself. What do you want from your life? Where are you in your life? Is everything happening the way you want? And the most important question – ARE YOU HAPPY? I feel like in this world finding the answers to these questions is the toughest thing to do. It’s never hard to love someone and appreciate them because it’s more about them than you. But when it comes to loving and appreciating yourself, then easy word never seems easy. The true line of flaws makes you different and unique from others but accepting in real life is way too difficult. Why do you want another person to come and tell you your perfections and imperfections? Why can’t you accept the way you are? If you can’t accept and love yourself then never expect anyone to do so. Listen to me, nobody in this world has any right to tell you to become someone you are not and to be perfect. You are the decision-maker of your life, love yourself, appreciate yourself and become the person you always wanted to be. You are worthy of so many things that you will understand if you understand and love yourself. Beauty doesn’t come with physical appearance but self-worth!

Support yourself instead of finding ways to neglect yourself. It’s impossible to win if you’re not on your own team.

Focus on the Good!

Give More Attention to what is right in your life than what is wrong.

It’s much harder to be grateful than to complain about them. Focusing on what is good for us rather than complaining about things that don’t matter to us. I truly believe that how much of a good thing you do for others one bad thing will destroy everything. People never talk about how good people are to them, how much help they received but just one bad thing from that person then everything becomes sour. Honestly, I have seen so much of this as well as felt that now I don’t even care. I just know that kindness is the greatest gift one can receive and if you have them never lose them. Focusing on things takes a lot of effort, actually positive things but when it comes to irrational and negative things it’s never hard. Take your hands off of what you can’t control and get your hands on what you can change. Blaming things, time and people are never going to work out it’s all you, if you decide to focus on yourselves, your positive changes and there you will know that everything is good if you focus on good. Just focus on positive vibes, things that bring you happiness, I know it’s hard but life is too short to focus on the negatives.

Self-Care

Perfect people aren’t real and real people aren’t perfect.

The most neglected thing I have seen and done as well is not paying attention to myself. There is a saying, which some people accept while some don’t – “We know least about ourselves.” Self-care starts with skin-care for most people but for me, it’s a good amount of sleep. According to me, there are two types of people when it comes to skin-care, the first obsessed one and the other who doesn’t even care. I am definitely the second one because I am too lazy and skin-care just doesn’t make sense to me, no offense to all the skin-care lovers out there:) More in my favor whatever I do and apply nothing works for me. I don’t know, maybe my skin is as stubborn as me;) Honestly, there are a lot more things in self-care that actually matter the most. I always believe that the internal matters more than the external. Mental health is the biggest thing one should worry about because if it is not going well then anything is not going well. Self-care is all about how you are treating yourself, are you taking care of yourself? Are you cutting down the toxic people in your life? Are you keeping yourself first? Are you getting the rest you need? These are all the things that one should self-care about themselves. The reminder for today is to do it for yourself not for others because you only deserve it nobody else.

Self-Improvement Tips!

In the last post, I shared my thoughts on Self-Improvement and what it really means. But that post will be incomplete if I do not share my tips on how to keep getting better and keep yourself in check.

Tips:

  1. The first thing in the morning is not to check your phone. That is a great way of not getting carried away.
  2. Make your bed.
  3. Meditate or walk in the park, just spend time with yourself.
  4. Get ready for the day.
  5. Have a good breakfast with you and your thoughts.
  6. Glass of water for clearing out the negativity.
  7. If things of yesterday are still lingering on you then give yourself a reminder of doing better today.
  8. Write two things you are grateful for and two things you want to be proud of yourself.
  9. The best way to improve yourself is to limit the time on social media because it really influences people in a good way or in the worst way.
  10. Read a book or watch a movie or listen to a podcast.
  11. Do something that makes you laugh and happy. For example, there are thousands of funny videos on YouTube:)
  12. Organizing your house really helps in organizing your thoughts as well.
  13. Start learning things you want to learn but you are not taking initiative. Just start and you will be grateful in the future.
  14. Before going to bed, do something that makes you happy and motivated. Like your favourite quote, book or talk to your favourite person.
  15. The sleep will be more peaceful and wake up early to continue becoming a better version of yourself.

Honestly, you can do as you like just make sure nothing is affecting you in a bad way. These are the tips that really help me. Sometimes we are so into our work that putting ourselves first becomes our last priority. So spending time on yourself is a great way of moving forward.

Self-Improvement!

Everything starts within you. You don’t even know how much power you have to change yourself for good. Just like it is said, if one doesn’t know how to use their power then it will lead to damage beyond repair. The time which is going on right now made so many people realize, including me that everything starts from you and ends with you only there is no in-between. If you love yourself irrespective of your flaws then there is no one to make you feel anything bad about yourself. Self-improvement is all about feeling your soul and knowing what it truly deserves. If you want to repair yourself that means you need to understand yourself. Every day it is all about self-improvement that makes it you are trying your level best. If you notice a small improvement about yourself, pat yourself on the shoulder and keep going. Self-improvement is not all about internal but your surrounding you are in matter as well. The company you surround yourself with, the feelings you are going through it all matters because you are a part of it. When you change the things that don’t matter to you but only make you feel depressed, that will be your sign of getting better at improving yourself. Remember that every day brings a new challenge and every day there is a sign of self-improvement.

Self-Consciousness!

I got a lot of questions about how to deal with self-consciousness? What exactly does it mean? Is it bad to feel self-conscious? So I thought to write about it because it is an important part of overcoming a lot of things about themselves. Honestly, the talks about all of these things are just talks, they mean nothing let me start from that. First of all, nobody has any right to say or point out people’s flaws, it should be illegal. We don’t know a small point out about someone’s weight can do a lot of bad things to that person, it can trigger their mind. We never know the power of words until they become a reality. Self-consciousness is a pretty normal thing, it’s not only about looks but there are so many things that people feel they are not good at. From giving a speech to asking for a water bottle, it’s just in our minds. All the feelings you feel are because you allow that, nobody can make you feel anything but only you can. Before doing anything, take a deep breath, remind yourself – you are the best, you can do it and just go for it. Believe me, you will feel better because you trust yourself, you did what others told you can’t and that’s how you deal with self-consciousness. If you have a hard time doing something remember nobody is perfect and it takes a lot of practice, belief and you have already reached half of your goal. Trust yourself rather than others, you make you, you deal with your self-consciousness nobody else can do it. A reminder that you should also give yourself every day – nobody can be you and that’s your power. You are beautiful, you are powerful and you are loved:)

What is the meaning of perfection? Does it mean physical beauty? Honestly, it’s just “YOU”, the imperfectly perfect you. Your flaws make you different from others and I think that is the meaning of perfection, the real you. Because people are not some icing that one can smooth out on a cake and make it look perfect. But every human being has a lot of flaws and that makes them more beautiful and it can never be smoothed out. Growing up I understand that no one can make you beautiful but only you can. If you just feel like your confidence is going down just stand in front of the mirror and say to yourself that you are beautiful and trust me it helps a lot. I believe if you have confidence in yourself then you are perfect in everything. Let me tell you the power you have in yourself can do anything you want, you just need to understand how to control it. Nothing happens in mere time but it takes a lot of time to understand every aspect of you is beautiful. Don’t always look for yourself to be perfect for others but you. Remember you are the leader of your life, you are here not to impress anyone but to do it for yourself. The real you is more attractive than your perfect you. Never feel your mistakes as your embarrassment but the reason behind your success. Everything that happens in your life, happens for a reason so embrace your every flaw because that makes you unique and perfect.

Uselessness!

Just a reminder in case your mind is playing tricks on you today –

You matter. You’re important. You’re loved.

People who just randomly sit and start something becomes everything in their life. Best thoughts come when you are just ideally sitting in a park and contemplating your life. Whenever I think of something that is really out of the box it usually comes at the weirdest time and place. Random thoughts are the best one because it comes from the emotions you are feeling at that time. It is said that when you are too deep in emotions the mind and heart both make you feel the power of the thoughts and words. A fact is when someone feels they are wasting time but that is the time one is more motivated than ever before. For me, my uselessness meant me the whole day being in bed and doing NOTHING absolutely NOTHING. Because the whole week I am so busy and I don’t get time to properly enjoy it, so at weekends I am a stranger to the world. I need my sleep, I need to spend the day as I love without having any tension of my busy life. Just like you need to take steps back to jump ahead exactly, you need to take a break to come back fresh. Whenever I have so many things in my mind and it is tiring me then too I need to work but I can’t because the energy is being drained out as so much was on my mind. I think the meaning of rest should be you being entirely selfish. That means doing something that makes you happy without any tension of the time. Like most people do something useful in their free time but I believe that uselessness is useful! You need to have days that others think are useless but to you, it is able to focus more on useful things later! Just be your free self because it is what helps you be useful:)

Never force anything. Just let it be if it’s meant to be, it will be.

It’s Okay To Not Be Okay!

Sending love and well wishes to everyone, but especially to the people who feel like they don’t deserve it or they haven’t earned it. You are appreciated, loved, needed, and the world is better for having you in it.

It is officially the last day of 2021 and I don’t know how I am feeling about it. Honestly from the past two years a lot of things happened in my life, some were good and some were not so good. But all those moments taught me a lot of things, a lot of lessons and those learning I can’t ever forget or better way to say I don’t want to forget. I never knew that a person can go through so many emotions at once but it is just a matter of time that passes but leaves a big impact on me. Sometimes you learn a hard way and believe me it shows a whole different world to you. The biggest learning I learned by myself was – “It’s okay to not be okay!” We all are so busy making ourselves perfect that the real us just hide behind and that makes a person to commit mistakes. Every year we learn, relearn, unlearn so many things as we grow up. Every year the aspects of learning go the same and it should be in the upcoming time. I want people to understand that it is okay if something does not go as you expected it is not the end of the world. Remember if one door is closed another one is ready to be open but only with patience. It is okay to make mistakes, it is okay to be demotivated, it is okay to be a failure sometimes because these things only take you where you want to be. Normalize the failure, the unhappy days, the imperfect you, the hardships, the judgements. Focus on only you and you because you are the owner of your life and you have seen what you were and now where you are. Be proud of where you have come, be proud of yourself, give yourself the credit of fighting through the times and ahead, never stop being proud of yourself as it is okay to not be okay!

I hope the time ahead goes the way you want it, become a better version of yourself, live life the way you want. Never stop believing in yourself and never stop being an imperfect but real you! Live Life To The Fullest:)
