Make it the right moment!

We always wait for the right moment so that we can do or start something. However, does it ever occur that the right moment never comes but is made? When we start something new, we see things happening one by one in our favour. Isn’t it strange how we know nothing but that we start and find ourselves actually enjoying it? So it’s never about the right moment; it’s actually how we create it. Waiting is never the solution for things which we have never tried; it’s always going to be tough. We have to try and experience, we can’t just wait for the right moment to come. I feel like waiting and thinking that we need to become more capable first, and then doing it only leads to us delaying everything. We need to do it right in the moment; we can’t wait for the right moment or when it feels right. How will we know unless we don’t do it? I feel like, from my personal experience, I have learned that whenever I think about how I am going to do it, and feel afraid to just start, it makes me doubt myself more than actually doing it. We, humans, are made to adapt to change; we know how to handle situations, learn new things and trust ourselves. And for that, we can’t just sit and wait for the right moment to come. It’s all in our hands; if we want something from life, then we need to do it without waiting for the right moment. If an opportunity comes along, remember it can bring you a lot in terms of growth or lessons, and both are important in life. Don’t let go of the opportunity just because of your fears; everyone starts when they are afraid, but slowly they find their moment right. We can’t expect the right moment to come just by sitting; we need to take the step, face the fear and make it the right moment. So if you are waiting for the right moment to come, it’s never going to happen. All is up to you; only you can make it the right moment by acting upon it. Don’t think too much, just go for it, and everything will work out eventually.

The Stronger Ones

And sometimes you meet yourself back where you started, but stronger.

I was reading a quote that I screenshot, probably many years ago, which is how stronger ones know the pain of everything. Because they have gone through the pain of dealing with things in life. How funny is life? If it wants to make you stronger, it will make you suffer in a way that you get used to. The stronger you are, the more pain you learn to hide. I will say from my experience, life teaches you everything you need to know how to be strong, even in situations where you want to scream to the world how much you are suffering. It’s not bad being the weaker ones because that’s how you become the stronger ones. Stronger ones are not the ones who know their way around everything beforehand. They are those who know how to spend hours working hard and how to handle various situations. Being strong doesn’t mean knowing everything, but it means knowing how to deal with situations. Crying is never a weakness, but a sign of never giving up and the way to make the heart stronger for life. The way we deal with situations, the more we become stronger. Also, nobody deserves to know what you do, how you do it, or how you deal with situations. It’s only your concern how to be strong and keep going in life. Being stronger and being weaker go hand in hand; they coexist. The stronger ones dealt with situations where they knew nothing; however, they kept going. At some point in life, we need to have some time where we blow off everything that we are dealing with through taking a break, crying and totally not being okay. And everything is fine as long as you don’t give up. So, all out there, remember life is tough, but you are too!

This is tough. But so am I.

Every great story takes time to unfold

“In the end, we’ll all become stories.” – Margaret Atwood.

I love books, and most of the credit for my blogging goes to them. If I hadn’t started reading, I probably wouldn’t be here writing this blog post. One of the biggest reasons why I love books is that they know how to reach my emotions without actually showing. What I have learned from the books is that every book and every story takes time to unfold. In the beginning, everything is a mess, the protagonist is trying to find how to survive, and in the end, everything makes sense. Doesn’t this apply to our lives? Our lives are like book pages, each page inks what is happening and the problems that need to be dealt with. The pages are going to turn, but only after the first page is fully inked or you decide to leave it blank. I never really understood the concept of blank pages until a theory made it into my mind. That’s how important that blank page is. It is not easy to leave the page blank, but sometimes in life we are forced to leave behind what we truly desire and start over. It also means that ahead the pages will be filled with beautiful ink that will compensate for that blank page. So every story unfolds, but slowly, some pages are blanks, some are messy, and some are beautiful. Just like life, it is filled with stages where we will face so many scenarios. But it doesn’t stay forever, just like pages are turned exactly when situations change. And each situation, be it good or small, will forever be embedded in our minds. Some pages will teach us lessons, some will make us happy, some will make us sad, and some will forever be there, reminding us to never give up. So just like every story takes time to unfold, go through different stages in the same way our likes are like this. Our lives take time to unfold, and we go through different stages to see our story unfold. Also, in the world, there are many books according to everyone’s taste. Just like that in your lives, you have chances to throw the entire book and write a new one the way you want.

Sometimes it just takes time…

Just because it’s taking time doesn’t mean it’s not working.

Sometimes it takes time to feel whole again. Time is everything; with time, everything improves, and often we learn a great deal about life and its various stages. Patience is everything, and it’s also one of the toughest things to achieve when we go through every day waiting for the day when we feel it’s the best time. However, sometimes it takes time for everything to improve, and in that, we need to keep going, maintain our patience, and believe that everything will get better soon. Sometimes life tests us in many ways, and some of them are so hard that we just don’t want to continue; however, if it’s not happening, that doesn’t mean it won’t happen. Maybe it’s preparing you for the big day. Time teaches us many things; it teaches us to hold on and sometimes just to let go and flow with it. Sometimes we need to learn patience, believe in ourselves, and realise that better days are coming. As someone who has always doubted myself, I have come to realise how capable I am of doing many things. Time lets you hold on to things, take it slow, and learn slowly how to achieve them. On the other hand, it also teaches that it’s better just to let go; maybe it’s time to move on and find something that truly deserves our time. What I have learned in my life is that many things we desire never really come quickly; they come slowly, taking their time because they want us to understand and know their worth. As well as we come to understand ourselves and how much worth we are to time. So if something is taking time, it’s okay, you are doing your best. Remember, we want to hold things for the longest, or maybe forever, so it will take time to ensure everything is worthy for us. It’s difficult, especially when you don’t know when it will happen; however, trust yourself – things that are meant for you will definitely come your way in the most glorious way possible.

One day at a time, one step at a time.

Focus on yourself!

You get what you focus on so focus on what you want.

Focus on yourself and what you truly want. From our childhood, we were always told what we would be when we grew up. When we grow up, we start to realise the meaning of life, ourselves and what we truly want. Everything changes. When we realise that there is a voice in us that is totally different from others, we need to understand it. When we reach a certain age, we come to realise ourselves, and we also face insecurities that others love to point out. In the beginning, we will hate our insecurities, we will try to hide them; however, with time, as we grow, we understand that no one matters but us. We start to love ourselves, we start to embrace our insecurities, and in the end, no one matters but us. I feel like it’s such an underrated and rare feeling about starting to love ourselves, choose ourselves and just be the bird flying with the biggest wings ever. Focus on yourself, this is your life, and you have every right to live it the way you want. When you choose yourself, many things will be left behind, and that’s okay because you are doing it for yourself. We live in a world where we will have thousands of people who have an opinion on us, but what we need to do is just let go. Focus on yourself, your mental health, your wellbeing, you being healthy is most important. Life becomes peaceful when we choose ourselves, do what we really love and let our inner self be at ease. So just do what really makes you happy, don’t let others ruin your happiness because you choose yourself. The world will always say something, so why not just focus on yourself and do what you really love, because what matters is your happiness and nothing else. True happiness and relief come from doing things that our heart desires, so just focus on yourself!

Focus on yourself don’t get lost in other people.

The burden of…everything

Not everything that weighs you down is yours to carry.

Why does every responsibility need to be a burden? As we learn to take responsibility, why does it keep increasing slowly, and why does every person need to make us aware of how little we are doing? Why can’t anyone see how hard we are trying every single day, every single minute? The burden becomes so much that we don’t even realise when we stop laughing, zoning out in the crowd and stop doing what we really love. Then I ask myself the question, who is going to save me? And the instant answer that I get is myself. My courage and my abilities to know my capabilities. As an adult, I know that I should keep myself as the biggest priority, and I should take care of myself. The day we start thinking for ourselves and saying no, which is necessary, everything will change, but for ourselves, everything will get better. What we like, what we love to do, what we want to be in the future, all of these questions are answered by ourselves only. There is no one to share the burden, and I don’t think we need anyone. It’s life, it is going to be full of responsibilities; however, when it starts to suffocate you, it’s time to take action and think for yourself. Keeping boundaries while choosing yourself is very important and healthy. I feel like the world doesn’t allow a person to live their life but to care for others, but that’s not right. Aren’t we supposed to live the life that is given to us? So just focus on yourself and don’t let the responsibilities of others ruin your life. Speak up for yourself and do it because you want it, not because others expect from you. Others will go; they will live their life while putting responsibility on you. But you have to speak up for yourself, don’t allow others to control your life. You live once, so live it to the fullest.

Lay your burden down.

Bravery

She was powerful, not because she wasn’t scared but because she went on so strongly, despite the fear.

I always used to think that bravery means not crying, being strong and never overthinking. However, I understood that this is the perception of humans’ means of being brave, and according to me, it’s totally absurd. Being able to not show your emotions is totally inevitable as we are humans, and it’s meant to be there. Emotions are some of the most powerful things to exist in humans that are meant to come out; what we need to understand is how to handle them. At every step, we are afraid because nobody can predict the future, so it’s totally normal to be afraid. However, we begin the journey and move forward with it because of our bravery to just do it. Bravery means being able to do it irrespective of thousands of fears. Bravery means having a breakdown and then showing up just because that’s what you really are. Bravery means being afraid of new things and then taking on the challenges to accomplish them. Bravery doesn’t come from being strong but from being able to handle emotions, create a mindset, trusting your capabilities, challenging your fears and knowing that you will handle everything. Crying was always seen as a sign of weakness, but it’s not absolutely wrong to cry and let our emotions flow. When we accept everything about ourselves and understand it, only then can we love ourselves. Freedom always comes when we face the fear, be brave, just do it. Nobody knows how to do everything at first; we all face the fear, be brave, and slowly learn to do it. The thing that I admire and want is my courage to do things. I was an introverted child with so much fear in myself, and now I have built myself in a way that I do so many things even with fear. I complain, I get afraid, I could feel my hands shaking, and my heart beating fast, and still I do it because I know if I don’t do it now, if I don’t feel the fear, then I won’t be doing it ever. And this scares me the most, that just because I was afraid, I stepped down. So be brave, face the fear and just do it.

Let it be hard.. Let it be scary. And then do it anyway.

The Silence after realising… (Poem)

The silence after realising

That no matter how I try, nothing changes

With so many expectations

Waving on my mind

Aren’t we supposed to live this life?

The silence after realising

That the world is a race

I am always stuck in a maze.

Is it bad to be different from others

Or maybe the world doesn’t appreciate wisdom.

The silence after realising

That life is full of thorns

And I am trying to bloom within like a rose

Red, imperfectly perfect and beautiful within.

The silence after realising

No one is there for you except yourself,

So pick yourself up and be the light that shines through.

The silence after realising

That whatever the world says,

You always follow what your heart whispers!

Another day, another poem. I don’t know how I feel about this one. I think I can do better. But anyway, sometimes being flawed is way better and a way of life.

I hope you like it. If you want, you can share your thoughts!

Life happens…

Life will test you, twist you, and tire you, but it’s the breaking that teaches you how to rebuild.

Yes, most of the time we are sitting and thinking about how much life happens and brings us to a point where we just don’t know what to do or process. What I have seen is that nobody has anything figured out. As we move on, we figure things out, and eventually it leads to the endpoint. However, the time spent figuring out what to do is some of the strangest to exist. Most of our lives, we spend thinking about what to do with various situations that come in front of us, and sometimes we are just circling around, not knowing what to do. The confusing stage of what to do next and how everything will happen puts us in denial that maybe we are not too strong for anything. What I have learned is that situations are what make us strong, not strong as the building, but strong as the tree that still moves around in the high wind but is still rooted to the ground. Every single event in our lives tests how strong we are as humans. When I say strong, that doesn’t mean that crying and having a breakdown make you weak. Strong means being able to know that once we handle ourselves, we can figure it out like always. Life happens most of the time, and I know it’s unfair that we are thrown into this world to deal with things that shouldn’t even exist. However, what we can do other than making ourselves strong is understand our worth and make our will so strong that not even we can break it. Sometimes, we need to sit down and just allow ourselves to feel everything. It’s important to give ourselves time to let everything flow smoothly and to let life happen.

Maybe you should stop overthinking and just trust the way life happens.

Afraid…

you’re afraid to let yourself be happy because you know that it never lasts

I have grown up watching so many dramas where the leads are happy for some time, and then something major will happen, ruining their life. In almost all dramas, there is a fear that happiness is short-lived. And this also kind of resonates with real life. We are always in constant distress that happiness will not last long. Maybe celebrating too much will lead to bad things and so much more. Actually, we take a lot of tension to be happy, which is such an irony. Nowadays, happiness is short-lived because we are in constant tension of the next step and the challenges it’s going to bring. We never really sit down and thoroughly enjoy the happiness; we are just rushing to the next thing. Well, what can we do with the constant demand of the world to do better and more? I read somewhere that we spend so much of our lives worrying about something going bad that we never thoroughly enjoy what’s in front of us. It’s a routine that we are always afraid to choose happiness because we feel like it can be lost anytime now. However, this is life, with phases at every moment, but that doesn’t mean we don’t deserve happiness. I think we need to let go and just go with the flow. I know it’s tough to stop thinking about the future and worrying about it, but when living in the present is more sensible than worrying about the future. Don’t be afraid to celebrate every little win of your life; it’s your moment, and you deserve to appreciate yourself. Who is going to celebrate you winning if not you? Ignore the voice that constantly makes you worry, but start listening to your heart and appreciate yourself for everything. Feeling afraid is inevitable; however, we can’t live like this, learn to enjoy every single win of your life by leaving behind the stress of the future.

be afraid and do it anyway
