Perfect people aren’t real and real people aren’t perfect.

The most neglected thing I have seen and done as well is not paying attention to myself. There is a saying, which some people accept while some don’t – “We know least about ourselves.” Self-care starts with skin-care for most people but for me, it’s a good amount of sleep. According to me, there are two types of people when it comes to skin-care, the first obsessed one and the other who doesn’t even care. I am definitely the second one because I am too lazy and skin-care just doesn’t make sense to me, no offense to all the skin-care lovers out there:) More in my favor whatever I do and apply nothing works for me. I don’t know, maybe my skin is as stubborn as me;) Honestly, there are a lot more things in self-care that actually matter the most. I always believe that the internal matters more than the external. Mental health is the biggest thing one should worry about because if it is not going well then anything is not going well. Self-care is all about how you are treating yourself, are you taking care of yourself? Are you cutting down the toxic people in your life? Are you keeping yourself first? Are you getting the rest you need? These are all the things that one should self-care about themselves. The reminder for today is to do it for yourself not for others because you only deserve it nobody else.
